We're looking for a experienced and passionate Assistant Manager to join us in this exciting new chapter . This is a rare opportunity to help set up and manage a brand-new venueand assist in building a team from the ground up, and be involved in every aspect of our operations.

Job Description:

As the Assistant Manager, you'll be a key player in bringing our vision to life. From the ground up, you'll be involved in every aspect of the business and will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the venue.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in organising operational processes and setting service standards.
  • Assist in hiring and training a passionate and skilled team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the venue, ensuring a smooth and efficient environment.
  • Assist in developing and implementing systems for managing front-of-house operations.
  • Assist in managing inventory, ordering and cost control to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Foster excellent guest relationships by ensuring outstanding dining experiences and promptly addressing customer feedback.
  • Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Ensure a positive and motivating work culture that promotes collaboration, accountability, and excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
  • Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Must have flexible availability including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
  • Australian work rights are required for this position.
  • RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate is required before commencement.
