The Team

This expert employment, labour and safety team provides practical, strategic, and forward-looking advice to major Australian and multinational employers across private and public sectors. The team also acts for labour law regulators and state governments, offering clients a unique blend of commercial insight and regulatory expertise.

Position Description

You will work closely with a highly regarded team advising on a broad range of employment, industrial relations, and workplace health and safety matters. The role involves providing strategic and practical advice on all stages of the employment relationship, including workplace compliance, safety regulation, and industrial dispute resolution.

You will have the opportunity to work alongside senior lawyers and partners, gaining exposure to high-profile clients and complex matters across multiple sectors.

Position Requirement

  • Minimum 3 years PQE in employment, labour, industrial relations, or workplace health & safety law
  • Admission to practise in Australia
  • Strong technical skills combined with a practical, solution-oriented approach
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a high-performing team environment
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
