Albert Park Pre-School, established in 1948, is a community sessional Kindergarten located in Melbourne's inner bayside suburb of Albert Park. Just a stone throw from Albert Park Village, the Kindergarten has long been a fixture in the local community and prides itself on promoting wellbeing for all and helping forge friendships between children and families alike.

Description

Albert Park Preschool is seeking a qualified Early Childhood Teacher with/without the Nominated Supervisor role for a maternity leave position supporting our 3-year-old group. The successful applicant will bring strong leadership capacity, regulatory knowledge, and a commitment to inclusive, child-centred practice. Responsibilities

  • Deliver a high-quality 3-year-old kindergarten program
  • Provide pedagogical leadership and fulfil NS responsibilities where required
  • Maintain strong partnerships with families and the community
  • Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and Child Safe Standards
  • Contribute to planning, documentation, and reflective practice

Qualifications

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
  • Current VIT Registration (Early Childhood Teacher)
  • Experience gained in Early Childhood
  • Strong organisation and planning skills, including high attention to detail
