  • Be honest and candid at all times.
  • Be confident working with KPIS and individual targets.

  • Need to be open to feedback and have a willingness to develop and grow your skillset and knowledge.

  • Be Self-motivated and driven with the desire to succeed and grow.

  • Go above and beyond for your team at all times.

Skills required:

  • Previous experience in customer service.
  • Confident in conversating and building rapport with customers.
  • Have demonstrated the ability to meet and exceed KPIS and individual targets.
  • A strong desire to challenge yourself to succeed & grow.
