The Retail Operations Assistant with drive e-commerce success, ensure seamless after-sales support, and maintain operational excellence.

A customer-focused, tech-savvy team player with a love for fashion and a knack for organization. Experience in retail operations and Salesforce is a plus

This position reports directly to the Elizabeth St Boutique Manager and has a dotted-line reporting relationship with the Ecommerce Manager, Southeast Asia & Australia.

As Retail Operations Assistant: you will be responsible for the following:

E-commerce:

  • Efficiently pick, pack, and dispatch all Australian e-commerce orders on the same day and 24 hours SLA.
  • Analyse daily e-commerce performance, providing insights and recommendations to the Boutique Manager and Regional E-commerce Manager.
  • Stay informed with retail market trends and identify opportunities to enhance the Fendi e-commerce business.
  • Generate weekly reports for the regional team.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail to ensure a seamless client experience.

After Sales Support:

  • Assist with after-sales support, including investigations, product repairs, and service-related issues.
  • Maintain consistent communication with the Store Manager, Client Advisors, and Clients throughout the after-sales service process.

Back of House Operations:

  • Assist with receiving and dispatching stock.
  • Conduct cycle counts.
  • Maintain high standards of back-of-house organization and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Participate in ad-hoc retail operations projects.

Qualifications and Qualities:

  • Proven experience in customer service.
  • Demonstrated experience in store operations and order fulfillment.
  • Solutions-oriented approach.
  • Experience with Salesforce (preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment and demonstrate initiative.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for fashion and the Fendi brand.
