MACCHS is seeking a passionate and experienced Clinic Manager to lead our Aboriginal Health Clinical Services. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing day-to-day operations, staff supervision, service planning, and ensuring high-quality, culturally safe care for our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage clinical and wellbeing programs
  • Oversee staff performance, development, and recruitment
  • Drive service planning, reporting, and compliance
  • Foster partnerships and community engagement
  • Ensure WHS and quality standards are met

What You'll Bring:

  • Current or studying health certificate or degree
  • Proven leadership in health service delivery
  • Strong understanding of Aboriginal health and cultural safety
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and team-building skills
  • Current First Aid, Police Clearance, Driver's Licence, and relevant screenings

Desirable:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Publisher, Excel, PowerPoint)
