Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Drafting Technician located in Paddington, NSW. The Drafting Technician will be responsible for creating detailed 3D Modelling and Documentation Drawings for highly detailed residential interior design projects. Day-to-day tasks include setting up projects from DWG surveys or similar into our Revit Template, converting concepts from the team into 3D's utilizing Escape and Revit, coordinating the drawings with the design team and other consultants, developing and refining drawings including filling out and coordinating with schedules, thorough thinking of construction methods and practicalities and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. Effective communication with clients and team members is essential.
Qualifications
- Highly experienced in Revit (5+ years)
- Experience in Enscape
- Technical Drawing and Drawing skills
- Experience in creating Architectural and Interior Design Drawings
- Knowledge of construction and joinery methods
- Strong Communication and critical thinking skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Previous experience in high-end residential projects
