- Manage all IT infrastructure in your Datacenter.
- Ensure good customer relations and customer satisfaction are maintained on a daily basis.
- Manage monitoring alerts and customer ticket escalations.
- Ensure new infrastructure is racked and deployed in a timely manner.
- Apply best practices for installation and maintenance and ensure other technicians apply the procedures correctly.
- Comply with safety rules and regulations.
- Maintain and Create New Documentation and Operational Procedures.
- Carry out regular audits on internal technical procedures to check operations.
- Carry out regular technical inspections of the site infrastructure and make first-level diagnoses, ensuring the quality of information gathered in the relevant procedure.
- Ensure material process flows are complied according to set processes in place.
- Ensure inventory levels are sufficiently stocked for DC maintenance and upgrade activities.
- Able to work in shift timings to support the data center operations.
- Draft end of shift report and communicate progress status effectively to stake-holders on a daily basis.
Required Skills:
- Ability to follow and document internal procedures.
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Able to draft reports to communicate progress and highlight delays.
- Knowledge of the Datacenter Industry.
- Knowledge of Computer Hardware.
- Advanced sense of Customer Service.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills within a team.
- Proven organizational skills, autonomous and adaptable.
- 2 years higher education in IT.
