ESP Project Group predominantly specialises in strata remedial building work.

Due to company growth, we have an opportunity for a tradesperson who has multi skilled experience within the remedial building space.

We are looking for an applicant that can adequaltey demonstrate, by evidence, a range of skills including brickwork/laying, rendering, cavity flashing replacement, spalling repairs, carpentry maintenance and the like, to join our team.

Key things we are looking for from an applicant:

  • An ability to demonstrate relevant experience as described
  • Be prepared to drive to jobs in the Sydney Metro area
  • Present well to clients
  • Good problem-solving skills to work out remedial solutions and being able to clearly communicate this back to the project management team
  • Ability to work as a team or individually
  • Our business uses a job management software which has an app, it is essential that you have access to and are able to use a smartphone, preferably an iPhone for job management and allocation of work
  • Drivers license
  • Own vehicle and tools suitable to carry out the role (Larger plant and equipment are provided)
