Supervisor - Remedial & Maintenance

We are a well-established remedial building company based in Peakhurst, delivering high-quality strata, residential, and commercial repair and maintenance projects throughout Sydney.
Our team specialises in remedial repairs, waterproofing, concrete spalling, façade restoration, and general building maintenance. We take pride in providing reliable service, practical solutions, and a high standard of workmanship for our clients.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team and manage a variety of remedial and maintenance projects.

**About the Role**

This role suits someone with a trade background and strong site management experience who enjoys coordinating trades, problem-solving, and ensuring quality outcomes. You’ll be responsible for delivering projects ranging from $5,000 to $250,000, ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required standard.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate multiple remedial and strata maintenance projects
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
- Ensure works comply with Australian Standards, Building Codes, and WHS requirements
- Conduct site inspections, progress reports, and client updates
- Plan and schedule daily site activities
- Manage project documentation, variations, and handovers

**Requirements**:

- Trade Licence (required)
- White Card (required)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar supervisory or remedial maintenance role
- Sound knowledge of Australian Standards and National Construction Codes
- Strong understanding of remedial repair methods and maintenance practices
- Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills
- Current driver’s licence
