How will you make an impact

​​Working closely with the Integrated Marketing Lead, Super, the role contributes to the creation of the annual marketing activity plan for Super for the direct to consumer and employer channels, in alignment with our business, marketing, and group objectives.

What you will bring to the role

  • Demonstrated experience in delivering Super marketing or related and working with product, distribution and business teams to develop and optimise customer acquisition, onboarding & engagement experiences preferred 
  • Broad technical understanding of direct and digital marketing strategy, CX, channels and platforms, including email, social media, search and display advertising
  • Proven marketing project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines whilst juggling multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and ability to create key audience cohort communications  
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making
  • Understanding of digital marketing trends and emerging technologies
  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications or preparedness to undergo studies in marketing or relevant commercial degree and/or experience
