  • Develop, prioritise, and execute a robust growth roadmap to scale Lyka, focusing on both short-term wins and long-term strategic initiatives.
  • Drive collaboration across growth, product, marketing, engineering, and analytics teams to uncover and unlock growth opportunities.
  • Design, implement, and scale rapid growth experiments, leveraging data & customer insights to iterate and optimise.
  • Analyse complex data sets to identify trends, uncover growth levers, and drive actionable insights that inform product and marketing strategies.
  • Deeply understand customer needs, pain points, and behaviours to craft innovative solutions that drive both acquisition and retention.
  • Clearly communicate growth priorities and results to executives and cross-functional teams, aligning them around the growth vision.
  • Experiment with new monetisation strategies, revenue models, and retention levers to drive sustainable, long-term revenue growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest growth strategies, tools, and frameworks to keep Lyka at the forefront of the pet nutrition industry.
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in product management, growth, or similar roles within a scale-up.
  • Proven track record of driving growth through product innovation and experimentation.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in SQL, data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker), and growth analytics platforms.
  • Hands-on experience running and scaling growth experiments, from ideation through to execution and analysis.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and keep teams aligned.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of key growth metrics and their impact on overall company performance.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, able to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences.
  • Passionate about pets and driven by the mission to improve pet wellness.
