Are you energetic, personable, and fluent in both English and Italian? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where every interaction matters? We're looking for stand staff, hosts, and hostesses to join our team focusing on a major international exhibition at ICC Sydney from 29th September to 3rd October.

This is more than just a job—it's a chance to be part of a vibrant, multicultural event where your communication skills and customer service mindset will shine. You'll be the face of the exhibition, welcoming guests, guiding attendees, and helping sponsors make meaningful connections.

We are looking for dedicated people only who are willing to assist as registration staff/ushers etc, working in a great environment/team if you join the team for long term. We want to work with guys who are willing to learn and understand our goal - to deliver great customer service and achieve successful event. We are looking for reliable staff who are willing to meet our client's expectation with providing great customer service. Please apply only if you are keen to work in hospitality/event industry.

What You'll Be Doing:

Your role will be dynamic and people-focused. You'll:

  • Act as a bridge between Italian-speaking clients and English-speaking attendees

  • Represent sponsors at their stands, offering warm, knowledgeable service

  • Engage attendees, invite them to explore the exhibition, and spark interest in sponsor offerings

  • Support sales leads by initiating conversations and creating a welcoming atmosphere

This is a role for someone who enjoys being proactive, thrives on interaction, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. You'll be part of a supportive team that values professionalism, enthusiasm, and a shared goal: making the event a resounding success.
