Your Role: Create An Impactful Change
Dental Assistant Floor Coordinator

We're looking for a
Dental Assistant Floor Coordinator
to oversee operations across our Primary Care Dental Chairs. In this role, you'll coordinate patient flow, manage resources, and ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality care.

You'll be the go-to person for daily chair management, staffing allocations, and real-time problem-solving. Working closely with the Primary Care leadership team, you'll help optimise throughput, patient safety, and team performance.

Most importantly, you'll be part of a

that values collaboration, respect, and shared success. We pride ourselves on creating an environment where everyone feels appreciated and empowered to thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate dental lists and chair management to align with clinical priorities.
  • Lead and support dental teams daily, modelling a calm, solutions-focused, can-do approach.
  • Manage staffing allocations and skill mix, escalating and problem-solving in real time.
  • Partner with leadership (Team Leader Primary Care and Head of Unit Primary Care) to optimize throughput and patient safety.

About You: Grow With Purpose, Thrive with Us
You are a passionate and engaging leader who communicates clearly, collaborates broadly, and thrives in a dynamic environment. You bring both technical expertise and a people-first mindset to the role.

This is more than a coordination role, it's an opportunity to shape patient experiences, empower clinical teams, and drive continuous improvement in oral health care.
