Step into the heart of Protiviti's Internal Audit and Financial Advisory team as a nurturing Senior Manager, where your insight and care will help shape Australia's leading organisations. What We're Seeking:

• A minimum of six years' experience in industry or consulting roles.
• Proven ability to nurture effective client relationships.
• A track record of leading teams combined with proven business development skills.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience is essential.
• Academic achievements such as a degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or related fields. Professional certifications like CA, CPA, CIA, CISA are treasured.
• A thorough grasp of internal control concepts (COSO, COBIT), risk management frameworks and auditing practices.
• Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance is welcomed but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational skills coupled with the ability to nurture client relationships through empathetic engagement.
• Leadership skills that embody empowerment focused on elevating those around you.
