Inbound Call Centre Representative Benefits:

  • Competitive Earnings: Hourly rate of $30.57 super uncapped commissions. Plus weekend penalty rates also. Equates to 66k package commissions annually. Annual earnings can go up to 80K-100K with commission structure and incentives staff discounts.

  • Flexible Work Arrangements: Full time permanent ongoing role, rostered between, 8am and 10pm across Monday – Sunday after Mon-Fri 9-5pm training (first 4-6 weeks)

We're hiring Inbound Call Centre Representatives to join the Customer Solutions Team for this leading national business. If you have a passion for helping customers and an interest in upselling, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive and high-energy environment

Your Role:

  • Fully onsite opportunity in vibrant Padstow call-centre.

  • Starting 27th October 2025.

  • Handle 65-70 inbound calls daily, providing effective solutions to customers.

  • Book appointments for glass repairs and replacements.

  • Upsell value-added products to customers.

  • Receive ongoing coaching and mentorship to develop your sales and customer service skills.

  • Experience in a sales or customer-focused role (retail, call centre, hospitality, or phone sales experience is a plus).

Location & Training:

  • Padstow-based office with free onsite parking.

  • Full training provided – Full time training for the first 4-5 weeks, Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
