What I will be doing: 

As a Support Worker within our Individual Supports Program, you'll have the opportunity to support children and young adults to:

• Grow everyday confidence in practical, real-life situations.
• Strengthen their decision-making, independence, and social skills.
• Build relationships and community connections.
• Celebrate achievements, no matter how big or small.

Our Programs have a strong focus on helping our participants to learn the skills needed to achieve their individual goals through the programs that we offer. This isn't just about helping someone make a meal or catch a bus. It's about being present as someone discovers what they're capable of.
