Ambrose Construct Group are seeking motivated individuals to join our Rapid Repair team. If you're eager to develop your skills in supervising, scheduling, and coordinating repairs, this is the perfect opportunity for you
About the Role: This is an exciting, fast-paced, office-based role, where you'll play a key part in scheduling and managing repairs while coordinating the Make Safe and repair process. Develop your career in building supervision; ACG will aid your growth by providing the opportunity to obtain your Cert IV in Building & Construction and take part in further external training.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Work alongside an experienced team of Supervisors and Coordinators.
- Liaise with customers and trades over the phone to coordinate repairs.
- Review reports for insurers, ensuring clarity and accuracy in written and visual documentation (e.g. photos).
- Work closely with trades to ensure the required works are completed to a high standard.
- Supervise repairs and review reports before submitting them to our Submissions Team for client processing.
What We're Looking For:
- Background in insurance, trades, or carpentry is desirable but not essential.
- Basic IT knowledge- ability to learn our systems and software with ongoing provided training and support.
- A keen eye for detail and the confidence to engage with trades to ensure clear documentation.
- A proactive and organised mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
