Job Title: Rapid Response & Onsite Coordinator

Join a dynamic organization and take on the role of Rapid Response & Onsite Coordinator, where you will be responsible for coordinating critical incident and onsite requests. Your duties will include end-to-end coordination of critical incidents and onsite projects, collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, completing monthly invoicing and billing audits, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate critical incident and onsite requests from intake to project completion
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving
  • Complete monthly invoicing and billing audits to ensure accurate and timely billing
  • Provide exceptional customer service by adhering to process and procedures while making judgement calls when required
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and juggle multiple competing priorities
  • Outstanding stakeholder management and customer service skills
  • Ability to work well in a team as well as independently
