Role Overview:

As a Network Engineer, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our clients' network infrastructure. You will leverage your expertise in Microsoft technologies, Cisco, Palo Alto firewalls, SD-WAN, and Meraki, along with Azure cloud services, to provide reliable and secure network solutions. You'll be working alongside other IT professionals to ensure seamless operation, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices for network management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure solutions across Microsoft technology stack environments.
  • Configure and maintain Cisco and Palo Alto firewalls to ensure robust security protocols.
  • Support and manage SD-WAN solutions to optimize network performance.
  • Collaborate in the administration and maintenance of Meraki networking equipment.
  • Design and implement network solutions leveraging Azure infrastructure and services.
  • Troubleshoot network issues and provide efficient resolution in a timely manner.
  • Provide ongoing network performance monitoring and optimization.
  • Work closely with other IT teams to ensure integration with various systems and applications.
  • Create and maintain network documentation, configurations, and procedures.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Network Engineer or similar role with a focus on the Microsoft technology stack.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Cisco and Palo Alto firewall configuration and management.
  • Expertise in SD-WAN technologies and Meraki networking solutions.
  • Experience with cloud-based networking and services within the Azure environment.
  • Solid understanding of TCP/IP, VPNs, routing, switching, and network security.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Certifications such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Palo Alto Networks PCNSE, or Azure certifications are a plus.

  • Experience with network automation and scripting.
  • Familiarity with network monitoring tools and techniques.
  • Ability to design and implement complex network architectures.
