We're looking for enthusiastic, passionate and energetic Early Childhood Educator (ECT) to join our dynamic team in Camden.  Full time and immediate start.

Our program and planning reflect the diversity of our children, educators, families and community. Learning experiences and intentional spaces are planned around children's cultures, backgrounds, interests, abilities, strengths and emerging skills along with family input and community events. Inside all our rooms – from nursery to preschool we are set up in line with an early learning years framework with sensory and play based learning opportunities and stimulating surrounds ensure the children have the chance to grow and develop through play-based learning.

Role requirements

  • Bachelor or Early Childhood Education and Care or Equivalent
  • Hold a current First Aid qualification
  • Hold a valid Working With Children's Check

Role overview/responsibilities for diploma trained educator

  • Full time permanent position + one paid RDO a month
  • Non-contact programming time – minimum of 2 hours per week
  • Plan innovative and engaging learning experiences
  • Positive and meaningful relationships with the children
  • Maintain and apply general knowledge of the NQF
  • Seek and share best practice examples to improve the education program
  • Build and maintain strong and positive relationships with families, children and the staff
