Due to a restructure of our very long standing Kitchen Management team and with some NEW and EXCITING projects for Uneke just around the corner we are now on the look out for either a Casual or Full-time SENIOR CHEF.

As a senior chef at Uneke you will form part of our Uneke Wagga Management team - you're not just a chef ; you're an expert of our back of house ensemble Collaborate with our FOH Management and Kitchen team to help lead our awesome team and keep the good vibes flowing. The goal is to deliver seamless operations, uphold our commitment to excellence, and ensure our customers have a consistently outstanding food experience.

Your Exceptional skills

  • Proven experience as a Senior chef in a similar role and work space.

  • A passion for delivering high quality food service.

  • Have all relevant trade qualifications and skills.

  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.

  • Cool under pressure.

  • Excellent communication and team work skills.

  • Inventory management.

  • Availability to work weekends.

  • Knowledge and passion of menu development.

  • Attention to detail - ensuring food quality consistency and presentation.
