Your In Home Rehab (YIHR) is growing, and we're looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our supportive multidisciplinary team in Melbourne. About the Role

In this community-based position, you'll work with NDIS participants, aged care clients, and other community-based populations. You'll provide:

  • Functional assessments
  • Goal-focused intervention
  • Equipment prescription
  • Home modifications
  • Capacity-building therapy focused on meaningful outcomes

You are an Occupational Therapist who:

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Australian working rights (or eligibility for sponsorship)
  • Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
  • Valid National Police Check
