Job Title: OpenShift Specialist
Location: Sydney/ Brisbane
Experience: 4 years

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive OpenShift SME with strong hands-on experience in at least two of the following: OpenShift v3, v4, ROSA, or ARO. This role requires deep technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to lead and mentor teams managing complex, cloud-native environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support engineering teams in managing and optimizing OpenShift platforms.
  • Handle L3/L4 troubleshooting for containerized and cloud-native workloads.
  • Drive implementation of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Manage infrastructure, performance tuning, and incident root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate across teams and handle technical escalations.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

  • Strong expertise in OpenShift v3, v4, ROSA, or ARO.
  • In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.
  • Familiar with DevOps tools, automation, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
