We are currently looking for a dedicated Novated Leasing Account Manager to join our team in Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney, Newcastle or Adelaide.

What You'll Do

As a
Novated Leasing Account Manager
, you'll be the friendly expert guiding our customers through the novated leasing journey - from first quote to new car day. You'll make things feel easy, clear, and even exciting.

A typical day might include:

  • Being the go-to person for customers, offering clear, helpful advice at every step.
  • Supporting drivers from quote to settlement, with help from our Settlements team.
  • Building strong relationships with your portfolio of drivers — and seeing them come back again and again.
  • Working with internal teams and external partners to coordinate leases, vehicle purchases, and insurance.
  • Staying across industry updates so you can keep delivering value and peace of mind.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in sales, account management or asset finance (bonus points for automotive or financial services).
  • Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking is great to have, but not essential.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce or Catch-e is a plus.
  • A good understanding of novated leasing and vehicle finance is helpful - but we'll support you to learn.
  • You're a great communicator who builds trust easily.
  • You're organised, proactive, and know how to juggle priorities.
