We're looking for an inspiring and commercially driven leader to join our Wealth Management business as General Manager, Customer Success.This is more than a leadership role, it's your opportunity to shape how we engage, retain, and grow our customer relationships across one of our most critical portfolios. You'll lead a high performing Customer Success function, bringing strategy to life through meaningful, customer first experiences that drive revenue, retention, and impact.

  • Leading the wealth management customer success and relationship management team to deliver exceptional client service and business outcomes.

  • Embedding a customer first mindset across teams to drive revenue growth, retention and long term advocacy.

  • Building deep strategic relationships with key institutional clients across the Wealth Management segment.

  • Developing and executing plans to meet commercial goals and create scalable client engagement models.

  • Driving alignment across customer success, product, and service teams to ensure seamless delivery.

  • Championing service excellence by optimising our Net Promoter Score (NPS) and client experience.

  • Coaching and developing high performing teams, focused on continuous improvement and aligned to the Iress values.

  • Identifying and responding to market trends to maintain Iress' leadership position in the financial services industry.

  • Acting as a key leader and culture carrier, fostering collaboration, strategic thinking, and collective ownership.

What you will bring

  • A proven track record of exceeding commercial and customer success goals in a technology led environment.

  • Extensive leadership experience within Wealth Management and/or Financial Services

  • Strategic vision and executional strength to drive customer value and business outcomes.

  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience developing scalable customer engagement strategies.

  • The ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross functional initiatives with confidence.

  • Deep understanding of client lifecycle management and how to build trust and long term relationships.

  • A modern leadership approach collaborative & inspiring, committed to team growth.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a focus on clarity and impact.

  • A resilient, adaptable, and forward thinking mindset, always looking for opportunities to innovate and improve.
