Position Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse and Despatch Coordinator to lead and manage outbound logistics from our seafood processing and cold storage facility. This role is critical to ensuring our perishable products are dispatched efficiently, safely, and on time, in compliance with cold chain standards and food safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the dispatch of fresh and frozen seafood products to local and international destinations.
• Coordinate loading schedules and vehicle routing to maximize delivery efficiency.
• Ensure strict compliance with HACCP, food safety, and cold chain protocols.
• Work closely with production, quality control, and logistics teams to meet delivery timelines.
• Monitor temperature-sensitive cargo during dispatch and ensure cold chain integrity.
• Manage goods inwards and outwards documentation, including shipping manifests, invoices, and export requirements.
• Supervise and train dispatch personnel and forklift operators.
• Troubleshoot issues related to transport delays, product handling, and customer service.
• Maintain dispatch KPIs and prepare regular performance and compliance reports.

· Spearhead organizational change by pinpointing improvement opportunities, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of growth and employee engagement.

· Oversee daily staffing and operational requirements, ensuring optimal team alignment to meet business objectives while promoting a supportive and balanced work environment.

· Manage and optimize warehouse expenses, maintaining cost-effective operations within established budget parameters.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a dispatch or logistics management role, preferably in seafood or cold storage.
• Strong understanding of temperature-controlled logistics and perishable goods handling.
• Familiarity with food safety standards, HACCP, and export documentation.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cold storage environment.
• Proficient in dispatch management systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Electric Forklift & indoor storage operations experience essential
• LF license required
