We're looking for a proactive and passionate National Product Specialist to support our client, Samsung, in their Consumer Electronics (CE) division. If you love technology, delivering standout training, and being the "go-to" product expert, this role is for you

What You'll Do

  • Become a product expert in Samsung Home Appliances (HA), maintaining deep knowledge of new product launches, technology trends, and competitor insights to support retail training.
  • Lead the Home Appliances training strategy for the CE Field Team and retail stores, contributing product expertise to go-to-market planning and overseeing training delivery for product launches and key initiatives.
  • Design engaging training materials and initiatives, enabling the CE Field Team to execute effective in-store training
  • Track and report on training coverage, knowledge retention, and business impact.
  • Support sales and marketing with product insights, feature comparisons and technical updates.
  • Act as the primary reference point for product queries and technology trends.
  • Represent the brand during media engagements, delivering product demonstrations and expert commentary.

What You'll Bring

  • Tertiary qualifications, with a Certificate III or IV in Training & Assessment considered an advantage.
  • Strong ability to develop a solid technical understanding of Home Appliance categories (refrigeration, laundry, floorcare, small appliances, and AC) and core IT concepts.
  • Excellent and engaging presentation, training content design, and communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Experience creating, editing and distributing digital training or multimedia content.
  • Demonstrated curiosity, initiative and ability to simplify complex technology.
  • Ability to travel interstate and overseas when required.
