THE ROLE
We are seeking a bilingual (English, French and German) Call Centre Operator to join our onsite Call Centre team at Vuly HQ, 95 Ingleston Road, Wakerley QLD 4154.
This is an in-office role only — it is not remote or work-from-home.
In this role, you will handle all inbound and outbound calls, as well as email and order support, for our European customer base. You will receive personal training from our Australian-based team and managers. You will be the first point of contact for customers—whether it's helping them choose their dream product or supporting them in setting it up for a special day
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer all inbound calls related to customer orders and queries.
- Return voicemails to address customer inquiries.
- Respond to email queries and process customer orders through our POS system.
- Take credit card payments over the phone.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
- Provide quality service and support in areas including (but not limited to) returns, warranty claims, troubleshooting, and other after-sales enquiries.
- Assist customers with spare part orders, including directing them to appropriate retailers.
- Translate documents and communications between English, French, and German as needed.
WHO ARE YOU?
- Fluency in English, French and/or German (spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills, with active listening.
- Previous call centre experience is desirable but not essential—retail or customer service experience will also be highly regarded.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage time effectively with minimal supervision.
- A customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering quality interactions.
SCHEDULE:
- 8-hour shifts
- Arvo/Night shift (ranging from 5PM start to 2AM finish)
- Monday to Sunday availability required
- Please note: This role requires you to work onsite at our Brisbane HQ—remote work or WFH is not available.
