About the Roles
We have three exciting opportunities for experienced Product Managers to join our team and lead the development of digital health solutions across key care settings:
Product Manager – Acute Care
Drive product strategy and delivery for acute care environments, ensuring seamless integration and enhanced patient experiences.Product Manager – Chronic Care
Lead initiatives that support long-term condition management, empowering patients and clinicians with effective digital tools.Product Manager – Aged Care
Design and deliver solutions tailored to aged care, focusing on accessibility, safety, and quality of life.
Reporting to the General Manager, in this pivotal role, you will:
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from opportunity assessment and business case development through to launch and optimisation.
Ensure product design is human-centred, scalable, digitally enabled, and aligned to aged care quality and regulatory requirements.
Lead market research, analyse patient and consumer insights, and ensure our products are equitable, culturally safe, and responsive to community needs.
Partner with clinical, commercial, technology and marketing teams to drive growth, engagement and market positioning.
Use data, AI and analytics to inform continuous improvement across customer experience, product performance and commercial outcomes.
About You
You will thrive in this role if you:
Bring at least 6-8 years' experience in product management, digital health or service design — ideally in aged care, healthcare or tech-enabled service environments.
Ability to translate user needs into impactful solutions
Have strong commercial acumen and can confidently build business cases.
Are adept at translating user insights into product features, experience improvements and measurable outcomes.
Are an exceptional collaborator who can influence across complex stakeholder groups.
Minimum Requirements
Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, health administration or a related field.

Role Impact
The Product Manager will have responsibility for the end-to-end development and continuous improvement of digital and
home-based aged care products and ownership of the product development pipeline. The role will embed patient-centred
design and iterative innovation to ensure care solutions are accessible, effective and responsive to user needs. The Product
Manager will oversee marketing and demand generation activities to drive growth and engagement across the product
portfolio.
Managing Today
Product Development
• Lead product design for the aged care portfolio, ensuring care models are innovative, scalable and patient-centred,
integrating clinical best practice, digital technologies, and funding mechanisms.
• Identify gaps in current product offerings and proactively identify opportunities that have potential to drive new and
different ways of delivering virtual and home care that deliver customer value and meet revenue objectives.
• Evaluate market positioning, commercial viability, technical feasibility and regulatory considerations to ensure
readiness for development and launch.
• Build and present business cases to support new product development and enhancements.
• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure cohesive pricing strategies and a unified product portfolio across Virtual and
Home services.
Patient Experience
• Develop a deep, data-driven understanding of consumer segments, behavioural trends, and sentiment to shape
compelling offers and initiatives
• Work with new stakeholders as well as existing customer groups to co-design and seek feedback on existing and potential
products.
• Review patient experience and product performance regularly to ensure alignment with organisational goals and evolving
needs.
• Ensure products reflect priorities in prevention, population health, and equity and enable culturally safe, human-centred
models of care.
Stakeholder management & marketing
• Work closely with care delivery teams to ensure care products are delivered effectively and meets customer requirements
and expectations.
• Work with key stakeholders, including the SVHA marketing team, to develop marketing and promotion plans and
resources to strengthen brand positioning and organisational reach.
• Represent the organization in public forums, community and industry events.
• Establish sound, collaborative working relationships and communicate effectively and professionally with a wide range
of team members, SVVH colleagues, key stakeholders and external service providers
Innovation, Quality & Reporting
• Provide regular, high-quality reporting on product management activities and pipeline progress against key performance
indicators. Deliver meaningful commentary, insights, and analysis on usage trends, equity impacts, and implementation
challenges.
• Lead the integration of AI, data analytics, and interoperability systems to strengthen and streamline care delivery.
• In partnership with the SVHA Clinical Governance team, drive continuous improvement across products, ensuring
alignment with quality standards, regulatory compliance, and accreditation requirements.
• Oversee real-time product performance monitoring, outcome measurement, and the effective use of analytics to inform
decision-making and enhance product impact.
General
• Work within the Mission, Vision, and Values of St Vincent's as outlined in the Mission Framework and St Vincent's Code
of Conduct ensuring that these principles are effectively integrated in all areas of responsibility
• Ensure all documentation, client records, statistics and activity recording are completed and managed in a timely manner
consistent with SVHA and SVVH policies and procedures, legislative and regulatory requirements.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Essential
• Proven experience in innovative product management or service design, ideally in an aged care or virtual health care
environment.
• Demonstrated ability to improve consumer experience, streamline processes and drive service excellence.
• Ability to translate patient and customer insights into actionable strategies
• Demonstrated analytical and research skills, with the ability to translate complex data and policy into operational
outcomes
• Strategic and systems thinker with strong business, commercial and financial acumen
• An ability to understand, navigate and operate within complex stakeholder environments, engage and influence
stakeholders effectively and build consensus where required.
• High levels of self-motivation, drive, initiative and ability to adapt to changes in circumstances.
• Excellent digital, written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
Desirable
• Ability to analyse and interpret multiple sources of complex information and determine relevant insights.
• Ability to problem solve, conceptualise and articulate solutions.
• Sound understanding of emerging local and international trends in the health, aging and technology and their likely
impact and opportunities for St Vincent's.
• Experience in not for profit, social enterprise or health sector organisations
