- Contribute to brand strategy discussions, ensuring operational alignment with market positioning and growth targets.
Operational Excellence
- Own and manage the product development & production budget, ensuring cost controls and strategic investment in key areas.
- Oversee calendar adherence and drive continuous improvement across the critical path.
- Analyse production performance and implement data-driven improvements.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to bring innovation to sourcing and production processes.
Vendor & Supplier Partnerships
- Lead key vendor relationships, supported by Product Developers, to ensure alignment with quality, ethical, and commercial standards.
- Negotiate high-value, high-volume partnerships and ensure sustainable, responsible sourcing practices.

- Build a culture of collaboration, accountability, and creativity.
- Champion inclusion and foster an environment where everyone feels safe, respected and valued.
- Inspire change and lead with empathy and optimism, even through ambiguity.
Key Capabilities

- Strong commercial acumen and ability to optimise cost, margin, and delivery outcomes.
