As a Shift Manager, you'll be:

  • Responsible for Crew & Quality Control
  • Running smooth, efficient shifts while living our Five Guys values
  • Creating a fun, positive work environment where the team feels supported and motivated
  • Leading by example – (run the service, work the line, serve and interact with our guests)
  • Delivering the kind of experience that keeps customers smiling from first hello to final goodbye
