About the Role
IT Service Desk Officer will provide technical support for software and hardware solutions, and the deployment of these solutions to staff within our head office, remote offices, call centres and count centres.
The role is an Ongoing Full-time position.

- Running and regulating elections
- Communicating and engaging with current and future voters, key NSW community stakeholders and NSW election participants; and
- Investigating possible offences and enforcing electoral and lobbying laws such as the Electoral Act 2017 and the Electoral Funding Act 2018.

Key knowledge, experience and essential requirements
- Experience in providing end-user IT technical support.
- Proven technical knowledge including a good understanding of computer hardware, end user software, telephony, audio-visual systems, networks, printing, Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with ICT deployments, including setting up office ICT, such as networks, building new computers, performing side-by-side upgrades, and decommissioning old equipment.
- Experience working in an ITIL work environment.
- Politically neutral with no affiliation to political parties or lobbyists/campaigners.
- Satisfactory criminal Record check result.
