JS Careers is partnering with a respected firm to hire a
Service Desk Operator
who thrives on solving problems, taking initiative, and getting things done.

This role offers a
50/50 blend
of day-to-day service desk support and involvement in key IT projects — ideal for someone who enjoys variety, learns fast, and leaves systems running better than they found them.

What You'll Do

As part of the End-User Services team, you'll deliver responsive support while contributing to firm-wide improvement initiatives.

You will:

  • Provide Level 1–2 support across Windows, Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, printing, and peripherals.
  • Resolve issues across core business applications and escalate effectively when required.
  • Assist with IT projects — software upgrades, new system deployments, onboarding/offboarding, and process improvements.
  • Maintain excellent ticket management and documentation standards.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across multiple offices.
  • Participate in
    intermittent interstate travel
    to support project rollouts and user onboarding in other offices.

What You'll Bring

  • Service desk or desktop support experience in a professional environment.
  • Strong communication skills, customer empathy, and a proactive "get-it-done" attitude.
