Our client is a long-established Gold Coast accounting firm seeking a Tax Business Advisory Business Development Senior Manager focusing on attracting and servicing high-value business clients with turnovers of $25M–$100M+. Ideal for a former Big 4 or mid-tier Senior Manager, Director or Partner passionate about business development. This role offers significant career growth, the potential for partnership and the support of a skilled management and marketing team to drive business expansion and client success. 

2.SMSF MANAGER – SOUTHPORT – NATIONAL FIRM – $90K–$110K + SUPER (Job ID 681)  

Seeking a hybrid role with flexibility (family friendly) and career growth?  Manage a portfolio of SMSF clients with a strong focus on compliance and strategy?  Lead and mentor a team of SMSF Accountants across multiple Gold Coast offices?  

Our client is a well-established accounting and financial services firm with multiple locations on the Gold Coast. As part of a national network of professional accountants, they are known for their long-standing community presence and commitment to strong client relationships.  

They currently have an opportunity for an SMSF Manager based at their Southport office. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of Self-Managed Super Funds (SMSFs), lead a dedicated SMSF accounting team, and work closely with clients to ensure compliance and deliver tailored strategic advice. You will report to a senior leader and play a key role in enhancing service delivery and mentoring junior staff.  

The successful candidate will enjoy working in a dynamic team on the Gold Coast, contributing to high-quality compliance and advisory work, whilst also benefiting from a flexible working environment that values work-life balance. To qualify, you must have at least 5 years' experience in SMSF accounting within an Australian CA or CPA firm environment.
