Our client is a global automotive OEM seeking a highly skilled Senior Vehicle Integration Engineer to join their Product Development division on a 10 months contract. This role will see you leading the integration of next-generation vehicles, ensuring seamless delivery of product excellence, electrified systems, and customer-focused experiences.

You'll be responsible for coordinating complex vehicle attribute plans, guiding cross-functional teams, and making critical decisions that balance performance, compliance, customer experience, and cost. Key Responsibilities
  • Execute the global Product Excellence Strategy for next-generation vehicles, including product concept research and experience development.
  • Interface with Feature Application teams to ensure features and software align with customer and program requirements.
  • Define and cascade target ranges and experience enablers across Attribute, Marketing, and Human-Centred Design teams.
  • Track and report Vehicle Attributes & Experiences (G/Y/R status) against program milestones.
  • Lead and coordinate Vehicle Attribute Plans, including analytical/physical assessments, sign-off requirements, and milestone timing.
  • Ensure vehicle attributes deliver intended customer experiences while meeting regulatory, corporate, and cost targets.
  • Support and guide cross-functional engineering teams to ensure program delivery.
About you
  • Minimum 7 years' industry experience in automotive or related engineering roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Electrified Vehicle Systems & Architectures (batteries, e-drives, charging, cooling, DC/DC, modules).
  • Proven Project Management capability with leadership of large, cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Ford engineering processes and systems (Global Integrator, FEDE, AIMS, etc.).
  • Extensive vehicle evaluation skills (R202) and ability to drive root cause analysis.
  • Solid expertise in systems engineering and translating customer inputs into viable program assumptions.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Broad, enterprise-level understanding of the automotive industry and competitive market actions.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automotive, or related discipline)
  • Hands-on experience with 3DEXPERIENCE CATIA V6 and Teamcenter Integration (TCI).
