Operations Managers – Kemps Creek, N.S.W

Are you ready to lead operations at a dynamic multi-user site and make an impact with one of the world's most recognised brands. Toll Group is seeking an Operations Manager to join our Global Logistics – Retail and Consumer division at Kemps Creek, NSW.

Toll Group have an AM Shift Operations Manager and a PM Shift Operations Manager on offer.

About the Role -

As Operations Manager, you'll oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance while delivering exceptional service to our clients. You'll lead a high-performing team, optimise resources, and implement innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement.

This pivotal role is responsible for delivering high-quality logistics services to our customers, ensuring operational efficiency, profitability, and long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities, but not limited to -

  • Manage day-to-day and long-term operational planning to meet KPIs and budget targets.

  • Lead and mentor a new team, fostering a culture of safety, engagement, and performance.

  • Drive process improvements and implement automation initiatives to enhance productivity.

  • Build strong client relationships and deliver outstanding service.

  • Ensure compliance with WH&S, DG, and environmental standards.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support growth and operational excellence.

What We're Looking for to Drive Success -

  • Experience or exposure in a 3PL environment – understanding third-party logistics and client service delivery.

  • Experience or exposure to warehouse automation – ability to leverage technology for efficiency and accuracy.

  • Strong background in logistics/supply chain management and warehouse operations.

  • Knowledge of WMS and pick technologies.

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Certificate/Diploma in Warehousing & Distribution or Transport & Logistics (preferred).
