About the Role

CRE Group is currently seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Dozer Operator for an ongoing civil infrastructure project located in Kemps Creek, NSW. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable contractor with a strong pipeline of work and a commitment to high safety and operational standards.

The successful applicant will demonstrate proven experience in stockpile management, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safe and efficient operation of dozers on a busy civil construction site
  • Managing and maintaining material stockpiles
  • Following all safety protocols and contributing to a safe work culture
  • Completing tasks to project specifications and deadlines
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience operating dozers in a civil construction environment
  • Valid Dozer ticket
  • Current White Card (General Construction Induction)
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
  • Willingness to undertake a pre-employment medical and police check
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
