**About the role**:
We’re looking for an **Operational Excellence Manager** to join our brand-new Automated Distribution Centre.

This is an incredible opportunity to be involved in the commissioning of our second Automated Distribution Centre (ADC) which will use world-class technology to modernise our Supply Chain. Epic in scale and design, our new facility represents the future of logistics.

As the Operational Excellence Manager, you’ll lead and manage the Operational Excellence Program and activities across the entire Automated Distribution Centre (ADC). Supporting team members and managers, you will be pivotal in driving efficient ways of working.

Primary duties include:

- Drive operational and business transformation across the ADC
- Foster and maintain a working environment conducive to operational excellence and continuous improvement
- Provide an actionable long-term strategy that engages team members
- Adhering to the correct incident, problem and change management processes
- Foster proactive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure the ADC is maintaining the highest level of safe working practices

**About you and your skills**:

- Highly developed interpersonal and influencing skills to a wide range of stakeholders
- Several years management experience in a complex logistics, automated distribution or manufacturing environment
- A track record of delivering results in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment
- Experience working in an environment with a strong customer focus with complex problem solving required
- Tertiary degree in management/logistics would be advantageous
- Technical experience in Continuous Improvement e.g. Lean, Six Sigma
- The ability to build relationships and engage a broad range of stakeholders
