The
Senior Manager – Infrastructure & End-User Compute (EUC) i
s accountable for the strategy, delivery, and operational excellence of the organisation's infrastructure and workplace technology services. This includes data centres, servers, storage, , collaboration tools, and end-user devices and services.

Operating within a highly outsourced Tier 1 vendor environment, the role ensures that infrastructure and EUC services are reliable, secure, cost-effective, and aligned with business objectives.

This role leads a team of infrastructure and EUC professionals responsible for driving modernisation, optimising service delivery, and enabling a seamless user experience while maintaining high levels of availability, performance, and security.

What You'll Do

  • Key Accountabilities
  • Define and execute the infrastructure and EUC strategy in alignment with organisational goals.
  • Lead the transition towards modern, automated, and standardised platforms.
  • Develop and manage the roadmap for workplace technology innovation and infrastructure modernisation.
  • Best practice IT infrastructure architecture, including highly available, scalable, high-speed infrastructure
  • Oversee the availability, capacity, and performance of infrastructure and end-user services.
  • Manage end to end Service Delivery for EUC which incorporates the Service Desk, Desktop Support, VIPs, Application Packaging, Videoconferencing rooms and on-site Tech Bar and Field Support (ie hand and feet support).
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and compliance requirements.
  • Implement robust incident, problem, and change management processes (aligned with ITIL best practices).
  • Manage disaster recovery and business continuity planning for infrastructure services.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop infrastructure and EUC teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Partner and manage relationships, and performance, of strategic technology vendors and service providers.
  • Oversee outsourcing and managed services agreements, ensuring delivery meets contractual and quality expectations.
  • Sponsor and oversee infrastructure and EUC projects, ensuring delivery on time, scope, and budget.
  • Champion automation, self-service, and proactive monitoring solutions.
  • Partner with cybersecurity teams to ensure platforms are secure by design.
  • Manage CAPEX & OPEX budgets, forecasts, and cost optimisation initiatives for infrastructure and EUC services.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate operational, security, and compliance risks.
  • Ensure adherence to licensing, regulatory, and policy requirements.

What You'll Bring
