We're now looking for a practical, reliable team member to join our NSW field crew. If you enjoy working with your hands, solving problems on the go, and being part of a supportive team, this could be your next move.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Field Operations Crew Member, you'll be out and about across Sydney and beyond, keeping our machines stocked, clean, and running smoothly. You'll handle everything from restocking and display updates to minor repairs and site surveys. You'll be making sure our machines look great and are well-presented in busy shopping centre retail environments, directly impacting customer experience and satisfaction.

When not on the road, you'll pitch in with light warehouse tasks to support the broader team. No prior experience? No worries—we'll train you up and back you all the way.

A Typical Day Might Include


• Restocking and merchandising machines across Sydney

• Troubleshooting and fixing minor issues

• Ensuring machines are visually appealing and retail-ready

• Staying connected with your team throughout the day

• Logging visits and maintenance records

• Helping out in the warehouse when needed

What You'll Need


• Unrestricted Australian work rights (WHV welcome)

• Full valid driver's licence (international OK)

• Monday–Friday availability

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
