Vending Machine Filler

The Opportunity:

Revo Fitness is expanding and seeking a dedicated Vending Machine Filler to be a key part of our operations. You will be responsible for the coordination, delivery, and maintenance of vending products and machines across our clubs. Your efforts will directly contribute to the smooth running of club operations and enhance the overall experience for our members and staff.

In this role, you'll be filling and maintaining vending machines, troubleshooting any issues, and ensuring our machines are always stocked and operational. Your work will have a direct impact on maintaining a high standard of service and satisfaction across all our clubs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Delivery and Sorting: Efficiently receive, handle, and sort vending machine products, merchandise, and other items, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to clubs. Maintain a smooth workflow in transporting products, ensuring proper stock levels and preventing any delays.
• Vending Machine Maintenance: Regularly refill vending machines with products and merchandise, ensuring they are stocked to meet demand. Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshooting to keep all machines in optimal working condition and address any minor faults before they affect operations.
• Installation and Purchasing: Oversee the installation of new vending machines in clubs, ensuring proper setup and functionality. Manage the purchasing process for vending products, machines, and spare parts, ensuring that the right products are delivered on time and to specification.
• Supplier Relationships: Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with suppliers, ensuring smooth communication and timely deliveries. Manage orders for spare parts, ensuring a steady supply of necessary components for maintenance and repairs.
• Fault Management: Proactively identify and resolve issues with vending machines, coordinating with contractors for larger-scale repairs when necessary. Act swiftly to minimise downtime and ensure the machines are always functioning efficiently.
• Inventory Management: Assist in performing regular stock takes and inventory management, ensuring that vending products and spare parts are at optimal levels. Track usage patterns to forecast needs and prevent overstocking or shortages.
• Performance Reporting: Provide support in tracking and reporting on vending machine performance, sales, and stock levels. Contribute insights to improve machine operations, identify trends, and suggest solutions to enhance sales and efficiency.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• This role requires travel between club locations; therefore, a valid Australian Driver's License and a satisfactory traffic infringement check are essential.
• Experience in customer service is desirable and will enhance your ability to engage with teams and suppliers.
• Comfortable with technology and troubleshooting technical issues to ensure vending machines operate smoothly.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and suppliers.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard.
• A self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

As this role involves physically demanding tasks, such as lifting beverage cartons weighing up to 15kg, the successful applicant will need to complete a pre-employment medical to assess their ability to safely perform these duties.
