The Opportunity

If you are looking to take the next step in your project management career? We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Delivery Team. With a strong pipeline of major projects across our Commercial construction and Sports Stadia Lighting divisions you will work within an establish team to deliver iconic major projects.

This is a role you will need to work on multiple projects, manage key stakeholders, and guide teams to exceed expectations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a strong commercial mindset, and are solutions-focused – this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, and close-out

  • Lead project teams including supervisors, electricians, and contractors

  • Maintain schedules, budgets, and quality outcomes

  • Liaise with clients, internal teams, and suppliers to deliver excellence

  • Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and champion safety at every step

  • Report on project status, performance metrics and financials

  • Coach and mentor teams while upholding CME's values and delivery culture

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years experience in project management (electrical, construction or similar technical sector)

  • Proven success in managing large-scale, multi-faceted projects

  • Electrical trade background or relevant engineering qualification

  • Solid financial acumen and management experience

  • Confidence using project tools and reporting systems

  • A current Driver's Licence, White Card, and valid police clearance

  • LVR/CPR, WWCC, and Working at Heights certification (or willingness to obtain)
