Social Media Coordinator and Content Creator

Do you live and breathe social media [specifically Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube], and are passionate about building unique brands through the power of strategic social media marketing

Are you a creative and innovative thinker who isn’t afraid to share your wild, wacky and likely wonderful content creation ideas or work with others on improving their ideas ?

You possibly know your way around a camera and can confidently and competently create high-quality video content for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube using your phone or Camera and editing software, with an eye for detail.

Staying on top of social trends is your favourite hobby, you’re organised, accurate, neat, consistent, thorough, have high standards, and eye for detail and are an absolute gun when it comes to navigating your way around content management systems and social media scheduling tools

You’re a driven and self-motivated person who works well both independently or as part of a team?

The Social Media Coordinator and Content Creator will be responsible for crafting and executing innovative social media content designed to elevate the brand’s online presence, drive community growth and engagement and inspire action.

The purpose of this position is to support the founders in transforming the business’s digital presence and ensure the consistent execution of the brand's social strategy. To grow with our company with the possibilty of more hours in the future or Job share with another.

This role suits a content creator who can inject humanness, personality and fun into our brand's social content. Is this you ?

**What You’ll Be Responsible For**
- Working alongside the founders to develop the brand’s social media strategy and content calendar
- Filming, producing and editing short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts
- Generating graphics on Canva or other software in alignment with brand guidelines
- Writing on-brand captions and social copy that is optimised for SEO
- Managing the social media content calendar and all scheduling across key platforms
- Keeping your boss updated on the latest social trends
- Collaborating on social marketing campaigns from concept to execution for launches including creative thinking around content ideas, collaborations, promotions and more
- Excellent time and project management skills, with the ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining attention to detail
- A genuine desire to grow in this position as the business continues to grow.
- Social media marketing experience
- Strong content creation skills, specifically short-form video content
- Proven experience on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube
- A solid understanding of brand and digital marketing
- Perform detailed analysis and reporting of social KPIs, with monthly reports on community growth and engagement, alongside recommendations for improvement - This is not a requirement it would be a bonus
- Staying on top of the competitive landscape, emerging technologies, industry news and social updates would be another bonus.

This is primarily a in house office position with flexible working hours. However, for the right person some external/virtual home office work could be agreeded upon mutually.

An initial 15-20 hours per week will consider University time Table changes.

Award Rate negotiable.
