We are currently seeking an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendantto be part of our fantastic Food & Beverage team at our RAAFA Clubs located on both the Cambrai Estate and Merriwa Estate in Merriwa only being a 5 minutes drive apart. The RAAFA Clubs are the heartbeat of the estates and are vibrant facilities that boast contemporary function rooms, meeting spaces and a casual, friendly, dining experience for members and their guests.

The role and you:

  • Greeting, interacting and attending to customer's requirements;
  • Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks;
  • Cafe Barista duties;
  • Food service for the restaurant, bar and functions;
  • Rotating and restocking bar with beer, wine, liquor and related supplies such as ice, glassware, napkins etc;
  • Assisting with unloading stock delivery;
  • Preparing fridge/storeroom for stock;
  • Maintaining cash register while receiving payments from customers;
  • Cash handling and balancing;
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the bar and surrounding areas.
