Pennefather's Lounge, our restaurant and bar is currently seeking experienced hospitality specialists to service our members and guests.

Qualifications
  • A love of all things hospitality
  • Excellent personal presentation and attention to detail
  • Ability to work across a 7-day roster including some evenings and early mornings
  • A willingness to learn and grow and a willingness to go all out to create memorable experiences for our Members and a sense of belonging, every time, every shift
  • Current RSA
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage operation including barista skills, minimum 2 years hospitality experience
  • Commercial equipment expertise required for barista duties
  • Food and beverage service experience required as part of minimum 2 years hospitality experience
Tasks & responsibilities
  • You will be able to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to our Members and guests
  • Responsible to provide courteous, professional and efficient service
  • Serve premium wines and beverages to a discerning clientele
  • Deliver outstanding service to corporate and group clients including conferences and banquet style events
  • Friendly team environment
  • We value team members who show initiative and commitment
  • Crew meals
  • Exceptional membership base who treat staff as their own
  • Flexible working hours available with minimal late nights
  • Room for advancement for hospitality focused personnel to take on more responsibility
