Bendigo Display Home Host – Your Welcome is the First Step to the Sale

At Langdon Building's display home in the Imagine Estate, the first hello is the start of the customer's dream home journey.

We're looking for someone who isn't just here to greet visitors — but to own the role, build rapport, uncover needs, and guide customers toward making one of the biggest decisions of their lives.

If you've got drive, charm, and the hunger to succeed, this could be your launchpad to becoming our next top Sales Consultant.

What You'll Do

  • Greet every visitor with confidence, energy, and genuine warmth.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere while subtly qualifying and engaging potential buyers.
  • Keep the display home immaculate and presentation-ready at all times.
  • Work independently and manage leads with precision.
  • Build relationships that lead to trust — and sales.

What We're Looking For

  • Someone ready to take this role head-on and become our next leading sales agent.
  • Experience in sales, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.
  • Professional presentation with a friendly, approachable personality.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work weekends.
  • Understanding of new home construction (advantageous but not essential).
  • Lives in the Bendigo region
