**The role involves**:

- Acknowledging and engaging with all customers that walk into display home
- Walk customers through homes demonstrating all premium and standard inclusions
- Hand out appropriate brochures
- Use Counters to track No. of groups that have visited the display per day
- Completion of Weekly Traffic Report
- Support Sales Consultants with administrative tasks

**To be successful**:
You will have experience in a related customer facing discipline and be passionate about progressing your career in the Building Industry.

You will take an active approach in order to:

- Shop competitors
- Visit Home and Land agents in the areas and obtain land listing
- Source and learn as much information available to you in the display office
