We're on the lookout for friendly, energetic Front of House (FOH) team members to join our crew at Hurstville Ritz. From welcoming guests to serving delicious food and drinks, you'll be part of a vibrant venue that's all about quality, community, and good vibes.

  • Our bistro, where we serve up fresh, flavour-packed meals
  • Multiple bars, each with their own unique style and beverage menus
  • Our Bistro team, helping deliver exceptional customer service experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and seating guests with a warm, positive attitude
  • Serving meals and beverages promptly and professionally
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy front-of-house environment
  • Delivering exceptional customer service throughout every shift

About You:

  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience is great, but not essential
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Barista skills are a bonus
  • Must be available for weekend, evening, and rotating shifts
