The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team full-time, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.30pm (with a short day once a week). This is a hands-on role where you'll oversee daily operations, manage our flow of projects, and help drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities


• Manage office administration, scheduling, and customer communications


• Oversee workflow systems and ensure smooth day-to-day operations


• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, customers and internal teams


• Support quoting, invoicing, and job tracking processes


• Maintain a positive, organised, and solutions-focused environment

What We're Looking For


• Minimum 5+ years of office management, administration experience is required


• Strong organisational and communication skills


• Confidence learning and implementing new software


• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (in particular excel)


• Experience with quoting and invoicing systems is preferred but not essential


• A proactive mindset and ability to work independently


• Construction or building industry experience is preferred but not essential


• A collaborative approach and sense of humor—we're a friendly bunch
